Sara Hardy has over 11 years of experience in commercial arbitration, anti-corruption, regulatory compliance, and corporate criminal liability. She advises clients in commercial arbitrations under the rules of institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, AAA-ICDR, SIAC, and others. She has extensive experience in dispute resolution across various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, construction, and consumer goods, governed by Mexican, international, or foreign law. Additionally, she has experience in court proceedings related to arbitration, such as annulment actions and interim measures. She currently serves as the Coordinator for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean of the Club Español e Iberoamericano del Arbitraje -40 (CEIA-40).

Her practice also includes leading complex internal investigations, particularly in white-collar and anti-corruption matters, including those with international scope and FCPA applicability. Sara also advises in regulatory compliance, ESG, best practices, and prevention risk assessments. She has represented clients in criminal proceedings and advised both domestic and international entities on anti-money laundering prevention. She is certified as an External Auditor and Compliance Officer by the National Banking and Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores). 

Sara's international experience includes her professional practice at the Constitutional Court of Spain, where she handled inquiries from the European Court of Human Rights and the Venice Commission. Since 2021, she has been a tenured professor of “Legal Dissertation in Contracts” at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
