From May 27 to 30, the second edition of Mexico Arbitration Week took place, featuring the participation of prominent experts in international arbitration.
Our associate, Sara Hardy, participated a speaker on the panel titled "ABCs of Investment Arbitration". During the session, Sara and other experts in the field addressed the following key topics:
- Pros and cons of investment arbitration
- Opportunities prior to the formal initiation of an investment arbitration, allowing the foreign investor and the State to attempt to resolve the dispute.
- Trends towards increased transparency in investment arbitrations.
