Morgan Casa de Bolsa and Casa de Bolsa BBVA Mexico, as lead underwriters, in connection with FIBRA Prologis’ offering of 138,000,000 additional Real Estate Trust Certificates (CBFIs), for a total amount of MXN$9,660 million, consisting of an offering of 83,131,095 CBFIs to the general public in Mexico and an international offering of 54,868,905 CBFIs outside of Mexico. The CBFIs trade on the Mexican Stock Exchange.

Also represented Mexico Infrastructure Partners in the structuring and establishment of the acquisition trust and corresponding equity vehicle through a public offer of Series A-1 and Series A-2 certificados bursátiles fiduciarios de desarrollo (CKDs) that were subscribed and paid by the Mexican National Infrastructure Fund (Fondo Nacional de Infraestructura).
