We represented Citibanamex, Société Générale and BBVA in a project financing to Servitux, a joint venture between Monterra Energy and SSA México, for the construction of a fuel storage terminal in the port of Tuxpan, Veracruz, Mexico, and BBVA, in an additional financing to Servitux to finance the value added tax relating to the construction expenses of such project.
