Ritch Mueller represented GLL Real Estate Partners, a German real estate fund manager, in the financing and acquisition of 80% of a Class A office building located in the neighborhood of Lomas de Chapultepec, in Mexico City. Also, as part of the transaction, we represented GLL in the lease restructuring of the building and the incorporation of a legal entity with the owners of the remaining 20% of such building.
