Rodrigo Conesa has more than 30 years of recognized experience participating in operations involving real estate development, financing and acquisitions. He represents developers in the acquisition, development, financing and divestment of real estate assets in all vertical markets of the industry.

He advises pension and private equity funds on structuring and investing in private funds for real estate financing. He also represents real estate investment funds with respect to their investments in Mexico, including property acquisitions, financing, development and asset management. In mergers and acquisitions, he is very active primarily in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. 

Rodrigo worked as a Foreign Associate at the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
