Oscar López Velarde participated in Mexico WindPower 2019, as speaker in the Fiscal Panel "Revenue Laws in Municipalities".
The event was organized by the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) and the Mexican Wind Energy Association (AMDEE), together with Tarsus México, and it represented one of the most important local congresses in the wind power sector.
