Samantha Maasberg has advised purchasers and sellers in the process of acquisition of companies in several sectors. Additionally, she has substantial experience in banking and finance, where she has participated in major financing and restructuring transactions advising foreign and domestic financial institutions. As to her project development and finance practice, she has advised sponsors, developers, and lenders on renewable energy transactions and gas transportation.
Represented Discovery Americas in connection to its investment and acquisition of a 50% interest in Arrendamas, a Company dedicated to financing and leasing of assets.
Represented Discovery Americas in the acquisition of 39.5% of the shares of air cargo carrier MasAir for USD$29,100 million.
