Represented Fibra MTY, in the acquisition of an industrial portfolio comprising 46 properties with a gross leasable area of approximately 882,252 m2 located in 11 Mexican states and land reserve with an area of approximately 882,723 m2, for a value of USD$768 million.
Represented Discovery Americas, in the acquisition of Servimsa, a logistics warehouse management and industrial services company.
Represented Fibra Educa, in the establishment of a program for the placement of long-term revolving Certificados Bursatiles Fiduciarios, for an amount of up to MXN$20,000 million, and the structuring of the first three issuances under the program for an amount of MXN$3,739 million.
Represented HSBC Securities and Santander US Capital Markets, as dealer managers, in connection with a public cash tender offer by Televisa for up to USD$300 million of five different series of Notes.
