Saida Salamán Sánchez joined the firm in 2021. She specializes in Pro Bono and Tax.
    Saida Salamán has experience providing tax advice to individuals and corporations in their operations in Mexico and abroad. She has participated in the purchase and sale of shares, corporate restructurings, representation and tax compliance before the tax authorities, among others. 

    Additionally, she has experience in the tax due diligence of companies, Anti-money laundering, and has participated in diverse pro-bono initiatives.
    • Represented Glencore in the design and incorporation of its Mexican fuels trading structure and its JV with G500.
    • Represented the shareholders of La Madrileña, a producer and distributor of alcoholic beverages, in the sale of 100% of its shares to Bepensa, a Mexican conglomerate.
    • Represented CCLA, a partnership between CIM and Compass, in the negotiation and structuring of a joint venture with GIC for the development of a multifamily real estate portfolio.
    • Represented Deutsche Bank in the closure of its representative offices in Mexico.
    • Represented Enagas Internacional and Elencor, Spanish companies, in the sale of shares of Gasoducto de Morelos and Morelos O&M to Grupo Macquarie.
    • Represented Interprotección in the assignment of beneficiary rights owned by AWA Holding Company.
    • Represented BBVA in the tax implications of the possible sale of Grupo Aeromexico shares.
