Represented the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in a USD$2,000 million loan in two tranches granted to different financial leasing companies.
Represented TIP de México in the reopening and issuance of Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios (CBFIs) in the Mexican Stock Exchange.
Represented Banco Sabadell in several refinancing transactions granted to different hotel groups.
Represented Ainda, Energía e Infraestructura in multiple capital calls of Certificados Bursátiles de Desarrollo (CKDs).
Represented Credit Suisse on several occasions in the granting of financing to different leasing companies.
Represented Engen Capital in the securitization of a portfolio backed by various assets through the structuring of Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios.
