Represented Ørsted in the potential acquisition of a portfolio of renewable energy assets in the Mexican electricity market, currently owned by Zuma Energía.
Represented Arroyo Energy Group in the acquisition of an operating 142 MW combined cycle power plant, which uses natural gas imported from the USA to generate electric energy to be exported and sold in Guatemala.
