We represented Fibra MTY, as purchaser and landlord, in the sale-and-lease-back transaction of Whirlpool’s industrial campus in Monterrey, Nuevo León, which has a surface of approximately 388,546 m2 and is comprising 10 office buildings and industrial premises for the manufacture and distribution of products. This acquisition represented the largest single-asset, single-tenant, industrial sale lease back in the history of Mexico.
