We represented Fisterra, in connection with the negotiation of a gas supply and coverage agreement for the first combined cycle plant financed under the new regulation of electric power generation to supply CFE Calificados, with a capacity of 850MW, as well as its financing with international banks led by Société Générale for USD$500 million, plus a line of credit.

We represented IEnova, in connection with a USD$115 million power supply agreement with Deacero, a steel company in northern Mexico, to develop, build, and operate the Pima Solar project.

We represented Santander, in connection with a MXN$2,000 million loan to Red de Carreteras de Occidente, for capital expenses and expansion works, guaranteed with the flows of its highways.

We represented The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, BBVA Bancomer, CaixaBank, Mizuho Bank, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, in connection with a USD$534.7 million financing to Carso Gasoducto Norte, for the development, construction, and operation of a gas pipeline for the transportation of natural gas of approximately 630 kilometers, to interconnect two gas pipelines between Samalayuca, Chihuahua and Sásabe, Sonora.
