Luis Alonso Suárez del Real has advised national and international financial institutions and borrowers, in the structuring and restructuring of credit facilities for public and private sector entities. He has also participated in equity offerings in Mexico and abroad.
Represented the underwriters in connection with the Inicial Purchase Offering of shares by Grupo Becle.
Represented Navistar Financial in the establishment of a program before the CNBV and BMV, for the securitization of collection rights for a total amount of MXN$5,000 million, as well as advice on the first three issuances under the program.
Has represented Airbus in connection with the development of legal structures for the sale of aircraft to Mexican airlines, including VivaAerobus and Interjet.
Represented Banco Santander España in the finance restructuring of Grupo CAF for the concession of a suburban railway in Estado de México.
Represented by Grupo Frisa in the establishment of a program before the CNBV and BMV for the securitization of collection rights arising from lease agreements (in malls), and a first issuance of Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios (CBFs) for MXN$1,000 million.
Represented Spruceview Capital in the establishment of a structure and issuance of Certificados Bursátiles de Proyectos de Inversión (CERPIs) in Mexico for USD$300 million.
Represented the borrowers in connection with a syndicated loan granted to Grupo Kaltex, for USD$110 million, along with the creation of a securities and collateral package.
