Gabriel del Valle represents domestic and international financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers in a variety of domestic and cross-border financial transactions, with special emphasis in project finance, structured finance and capital markets.
Within such transactions, Gabriel specializes in structured loans, private and public offerings of debt, equity and structured securities (including capital notes, CKDs, CERPIs and Fibras-E), and establishing private equity funds, as well as in structuring, investing and implementing a variety of infrastructure projects, such as PPPs, toll roads, international bridge crossings, energy and water treatment plants.
Gabriel was admitted to practice law in New York in 2002. He worked as a foreign associate at Shearman & Sterling in New York (1999–2005).
