Carla Valencia has more than 15 years of experience advising financial institutions and real estate funds in fundraising and transaction execution in the Real Estate sector. She has advised foreign financial institutions in secured and unsecured financings granted to Mexican companies.

In 2016, Carla temporarily joined the real estate fund, PGIM Real Estate as a secondment where she provided legal advice on day to day matters, reincorporating the firm in 2018.  As of this date, she continues advising PGIM Real Estate in acquisitions and real estate financings, including the development of corporate structures and corporate matters.

From 2007 to 2008, she worked as a foreign associate in Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, at the New York office.
