Ana Gabriela Ríos has more than 13 years of experience providing tax advice to national and multinational clients across sectors such as power, utilities, and consumer products. She specializes in structuring foreign investments in Mexico.
Ana Gabriela has also represented clients in negotiations with the Mexican Tax Administration, resulting in the issuance of favorable rulings and closing of significant tax audits. Additionally, she has been actively involved in multiple investment projects and mergers and acquisitions, helping clients identify and address tax risks and issues.
Ana Gabriela worked at the EY Amsterdam (Netherlands) office from 2015 to 2016, where she also completed several tax courses at the IBFD (International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation). She is a member of the International Fiscal Committee of the Public Accountants association in Mexico (Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México).
