2023. Represented the Bank of Nova Scotia as a swap seller in connection with the negotiation of their ISDA Master Agreements and the Schedule thereto to be executed in connection with a refinancing of a Panamanian Terminal.
2023. Represented different hedge funds and private equity funds in connection with their periodic filings as Commodities Pool Operators and Commodities Trading Advisors with the CFTC and the NFA.
2021. Represented Mexico Infrastructure Partners (EXI), in the structuring of a new Fibra-E named Fibra EXI, as well as Fibra EXI in the issuance of MXN$22,159 million CBFEs, placed in the Mexican Stock Exchange through an initial public offer and distribution to investors of EXI Funds.
2020. Represented Bocel Private Equity team (Bocel) in the structuring of a new CKD named BOCELCK, as well as BOCELCK in the issuance of MXN$1,875 million CKDs, placed in the Mexican Stock Exchange through an initial public offer.
2019. Advised Volkswagen Bank for the registry and subsequent public offer of debt certificates to be placed in the Mexican Stock Exchange.
