Represented Santander, BBVA, HSBC and Scotiabank, as structuring agents, Santander as administrative agent, and Santander and BBVA as environmental, social and governance agents, in a MXN$40,000 million syndicated loan granted to Coppel.
Represented BBVA Bancomer and certain financial institutions, in connection with a senior secured loan agreement entered into by Rassini and certain subsidiaries, for a total amount of USD$470 million.
Represented BBVA Bancomer in the granting of a $100 million loan to Aeromexico in connection with a Chapter 11 Proceeding under the U.S. Bankruptcy Act.
