We are pleased to present the "Guía de Orientación Jurídica para los Damnificados del Huracán John (Legal Guidance for the Victims of Hurricane John)", developed in collaboration with Fundación Barra Mexicana, A.C., Fundación Appleseed México, A.C., Centro Mexicano Pro Bono A.C., as well as with the valuable participation of the legal community and various law firms signatories of the Mexico Pro Bono Standards.
With this Guide, we aim to inform those affected by Hurricane John about the key legal aspects they need to know in order to address the damage they have unfortunately suffered and to access their rights.
It is important to highlight that this Guide is an updated version of the successful "Guía de Orientación Jurídica para los Damnificados del Huracán Otis (Legal Guidance for the Victims of Hurricane Otis)", which occurred in October 2023.
