Ritch Mueller represented Altos Hornos de México (AHMSA), in an advance payment facility agreement for USD$475 million entered into by AHMSA and Cargill Financial Services International, which purpose was to pay the "Convenio General de Pago" under the "Suspensión de Pagos" procedure of AHMSA.
