Ritch Mueller represented Engen, as a creditor, in the restructuring of a MXN$4,200 million credit facility. This transaction included the assignment of Mifel’s participation to Metlife and the extension of the credit line provided by Banorte, Monex, BanBajío, Mifel, and BanCoppel. Additionally, the irrevocable management and payment source trust agreement was amended.
