Ritch Mueller represented ICEL Universidad, in the restructuring of a senior credit with Banco Santander and HSBC, increasing the amount from MXN$3,700 million to MXN$5,000 million. The funds will be used to capitalize Lottus Education, for acquiring new entities in the same sector, including universities.
