His practice focuses on advising developers, sponsors, investors, and domestic and international financial institutions on the financing of infrastructure projects in the road and energy sectors, with an emphasis on oil and gas. He also provides advice on the structuring of financings and transactions carried out through the capital and debt markets, as well as other asset financings involving domestic and foreign debtors and creditors.

In addition, he is actively involved in mergers and acquisitions in these sectors, assisting clients throughout all stages of the transaction.
