Brenda Rogel joined the firm as a partner in 2023.

She has extensive experience in environmental and regulatory law, advising a wide range of industries and companies on the assessment, management, and mitigation of environmental and regulatory risks associated with the initiation, acquisition, operation, expansion, or divestment of businesses.

Brenda is an expert in the management of contaminated sites and environmental emergencies, as well as in the design of sustainability and climate change strategies, permit analysis, and compliance and regularization programs. She has also represented various industries and stakeholders in proceedings initiated by governmental authorities involving inspections, sanctions, or unlawful measures. In addition, she has participated in strategic investigations and litigation related to environmental protection, climate change adaptation, and the promotion of women’s and minority rights.
