Our associate, Sara Hardy, participated as moderator in the webinar titled "Third-Party Funding in Arbitration: Global Experiences and Perspectives for Mexico,” hosted by CEIA -40 on November 6, 2025.

In this event, renowned experts and specialists shared their experiences and reflections on the benefits, challenges, and future prospects of third-party funding from various perspectives: party counsel, arbitrator, arbitral institution, and funding expert. 

The webinar analyzed the latest international trends, changes in arbitration practice resulting from the participation of funders, as well as the conflicts of interest and disclosure obligations that may arise in this context.
