Several firms in debt financing for Auna Colombia

Ritch Mueller represented Grupo Salud Auna México and the Mexican guarantors, in the negotiation and execution of a certain notes purchase and guaranty agreement for USD$505 million entered into between Auna and Grupo Salud Auna México, as issuers, the guarantors and purchasers party thereto, and TMF, as administrative agent, for the refinancing of existing debt.
