The Private to Public Journey: A Roadmap for Readiness and Market Access

Accessing the public markets requires preparation well before an offering. Corporate governance, financial reporting, regulatory readiness and investor strategy all influence a company’s ability to take advantage of market opportunities.

On November 5, our partner Diego Guerrero will join a panel of experts at  “The Private to Public Journey: A Roadmap for Readiness and Market Access”, a forum organized by Workiva in partnership with BIVA and with the support of the U.S.–Mexico Chamber of Commerce, taking place at BIVA in Mexico City.

The forum will bring together market specialists to discuss how companies can assess their readiness, determine the right timing to access public capital and evaluate the alternatives available in Mexico and the United States. The conversation will also explore how decisions made early in the process can shape future financing options and investor access, as well as the new tax incentive for IPOs taking effect on January 1, 2027.
