Ritch Mueller acts on debt bond issuance by Navistar Financial
Ritch Mueller represented Navistar, in the third issuance of variable-rate debt bonds (NAVISTS 24) and in the fourth issuance of fixed-rate debt bonds (NAVISTS 24-2) for a total amount of MXN$2,000 million, under its dual program of short and long-term revolving debt bonds for a total amount of up to MXN$8,000 million. BBVA and Scotiabank acted as underwriters.
