Mexico GRI Real Estate 2025

GRI Institute will hold its ninth edition of the Mexico GRI Real Estate 2025 event, bringing together the most influential leaders in the real estate industry. 

 

Our partner, Javier Domínguez, will serve as moderator in the panel “Industrial Logistics: Expansion and Value”, where experts will examine how the USMCA may impact divestment in this type of assets and whether investment appetite remains under the current protectionist context in the U.S.; discuss whether the interoceanic corridor represents a geostrategic asset or a promise still under construction; and review, from an investor’s perspective, whether the pace of development meets demand and which assets are being favored by institutional funds.
