Mexico raises US$5.7 billion in UN development goal bond issuance

Ritch Mueller represented BBVA, Santander, BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets, Crédit Agricole Bank and Société Générale, as underwriters, in the offering by the United Mexican States of its (i) €2,000 million (US$2.38 billion) 3.875% Global Notes due 2031, (ii) €1,750 million (US$2.08 billion) 4.875% Global Notes due 2036, and (iii) €1,000 million (US$1.18 billion) 5.375% Global Notes due 2040.
