InfraBridge Sells its Stake in a 5.4 GW North American Energy Portfolio to ArcLight

Ritch Mueller represented InfraBridge, a division of DigitalBridge Group, in the sale to funds managed by ArcLight Capital Partners of its 50% interest in Invenergy AMPCI Thermal Power (IATP), a portfolio of 11 power generation assets with approximately 5.4 GW of capacity across North America. Invenergy retains the remaining 50% interest and continues to operate the portfolio.
