Mexican pharma group Somar obtains US$106 million loan

Ritch Mueller represented Scotiabank Inverlat, as bookrunner, administrative agent and collateral agent, as well as the syndicate of lenders, in of a MXN$2 billion syndicated loan to Grupo Farmacéutico Somar, Química y Farmacia, and various subsidiaries, for the refinancing of existing debt, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
