Brazil's Gerdau secures US$1.1 billion credit facility

Ritch Mueller represented Gerdau Corsa and Gerdau GTL Mexico, as Mexican co-borrowers, in Gerdau's five-year USD$1.12 billion revolving working capital credit facility, provided by a syndicate of financial institutions. The proceeds may be used by the Mexican co-borrowers for corporate purposes, including their working capital needs.
