Fintech from Puerto Rico Evertec gets USD$615 million loan

Ritch Mueller represented Truist Bank, as administrative agent, collateral agent, swingline lender and L/C issuer, in the negotiation and execution of a credit agreement to Evertec Group for USD$615 million, for the repayment of existing indebtedness and general corporate purposes.
