Fibras raise funds through equity and sustainability-linked loan deals

Ritch Mueller represented FEXI, in its first global follow-on offering of energy and infrastructure investment trust certificates ("CBFEs") for MXN$4,299 million (approximately US$247 million Dollars), through a public offering in Mexico and an international offering pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, with Goldman Sachs México, Merrill Lynch México and Casa de Bolsa BBVA México acting as Mexican underwriters, and Goldman Sachs and BofA Securities, acting as initial purchasers. The net proceeds were used to prepay the financing entered into with Goldman Sachs for the acquisition of the Salamanca–León toll road, completed on April 16, 2026.
