Fibra MTY returns to Ritch Mueller for industrial portfolio buy

Ritch Mueller represented Fibra MTY in the acquisition and leaseback of an industrial portfolio consisting of two industrial facilities with an approximate area of 2,949,023.57 and 1,783,836.24 ft2, respectively, located in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, and Celaya, Guanajuato, for an approximate amount of USD$99.7 million.
