FEMSA nearly halves Heineken stake with US$3.4 billion offering

Ritch Mueller represented Fomento Económico Mexicano (FEMSA), in connection with the partial divestment of its stake in Heineken in its offering of EUR€500 million of its 2.625% Senior Unsecured Exchangeable Bonds due 2026, exchangeable for up to 5,228,758 shares of Heineken.
