Citi acquires Deutsche Bank’s Mexican licence as it eyes IPO

Ritch Mueller represented Deutsche Mexico Holdings and Süddeutsche Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, as sellers, in the transfer of all of their shares representing the capital stock of Deutsche Bank México, in favor of Grupo Financiero Citibanamex and Citi GSCP, as purchasers.
