Aeroméxico clears for take off on NYSE with US$275 million IPO

Ritch Mueller  represented Morgan Stanley and Barclays, in the offering by Grupo Aeroméxico, including 11,727,325 ADSs and 27,463,590 common shares, priced at USD$19.00 per ADS and $MXN33.48 per share. The transaction generated around USD$178.8 million for the issuer from the primary component and the concurrent private placement.
